We welcome you to La clave de BAES (The key of BAES)<\/strong>, a virtual space in which we will share news from the LegalCripto group and its members, as well as articles related to the world of regulation of cryptoassets and the law of new technologies.<\/p>\n\n

This week we had the pleasure of attending the International Congress “Sostenibilidad y Derecho del Sistema Financiero”<\/strong> organized by the Proyecto Prometeo Laboratorio de Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa of the University of Valencia\/a>, held at the La Nau Cultural Center of the University of Valencia on November 15, 16 and 17, 2023. It was a very interesting and far-reaching event in which sustainability was addressed from a multitude of perspectives with the Law of the financial system as a common thread.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

Carmen Pastor Sempere, Ana Lois Caball\u00e9 and Clara Isabel Ca\u00f1ero Lois attended, having the opportunity to meet other members of the LegalCripto team: Professor Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Va\u00f1\u00f3 from the University of Valencia and Professor Agust\u00edn Madrid Parra from the Pablo de Olavide University of Sevilla acted as table moderators and Professor Alejandro Vigil Iduate from the University of Havana and Professor Filippo Zatti from the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Firenze participated as speakers.<\/p>\n\n

Additionally, we celebrate that our postdoctoral researcher,Dr. Clara Isabel Ca\u00f1ero Lois<\/strong>, was chosen as finalist of the Congress Communications Contest<\/strong> for her communication “NFTs, Mercado del Arte y Sostenibilidad”<\/strong>, presented as part of his research around the intersection between art law and Blockchain technology that he carries out within the framework of LegalCripto. We start our journey on the right foot!<\/p>\n\n
