As\u00ed conclu\u00eda una tarea iniciada formalmente en noviembre de 2020. Bastaron ocho reuniones del grupo de trabajo que acab\u00f3 atendiendo m\u00e1s de trescientas sugerencias de todo el mundo en su \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LegalCripto by BAES, Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n de Excelencia de la Generalitat Valenciana, decidi\u00f3 preparar unas <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reflexiones<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en versi\u00f3n inglesa y castellana as\u00ed como una traducci\u00f3n al Castellano de esos Principios.&nbsp; En el proyecto participan m\u00e1s de veinticinco acad\u00e9micos de nueve universidades, contando adem\u00e1s, con la valiosa experiencia de notarios, registradores y destacados profesionales del sector criptogr\u00e1fico y la abogac\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos principios y estas <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reflexiones<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> han despertado un gran inter\u00e9s internacional lo que ha motivado que se celebre este<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">congreso internacional en Espa\u00f1a. Por ello el congreso cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n del Presidente del Grupo de Trabajo en UNIDROIT, Prof.&nbsp; Hideki Kanda, junto al Prof. Neil Cohen, quien estuvo involucrado en los primeros pasos del ALI (American Law Institute) en materia de econom\u00eda digital. Adem\u00e1s, los Profs.
